Mechanical Methods Engineer

As part of the Industrial Direction, you will join a team of approximately 15 expert collaborators within the Mechanical Industrial Unit. This unit focuses on manufacturing complex and precision mechanical parts for civil aeronautics and defense industries, employing around 200 individuals.

You will hold an engineering position within this dynamic team, specializing in the field of measurement systems and processes. Your role will be instrumental in developing the Methods Pole, contributing to the overall success of the Mechanical Unit.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish yourself as a leading authority on processes and control methods within the unit.
  • Drive the strategic roadmap for the Mechanical Unit's development and advancement.
  • Define and implement robust measurement and control methodologies across various operations.
  • Support the growth and maturity of industrialization teams through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Effectively manage and resolve control non-conformities to ensure operational excellence.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the document repository, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
