As a key member of our Group Indirect Purchasing department, you will play a crucial role in optimizing global spending between all subsidiaries, improving business practices, and participating in our purchasing digitalization project.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Execution of Global Pernod Ricard Indirect Categories Strategies
- Assist in drafting bidding documents, evaluation reports, and contract award submissions, ensuring consistency in format and content.
- Assist in supplier negotiations, including analysis of proposals, comparisons, and budget analysis.
- Monitor expenditures against allocations.
- Participate in the implementation and monitoring of supplier referencing, including sourcing, market watch, evaluation, and updating of data on our website.
- Analytical Support and Updating of Procurement Assets
- Prepare reports, tables, and charts by applying technical skills and knowledge in formatting and presentations.
- Maintain performance dashboards and PR Procurement reporting tools.
- Participate in the improvement of various documents, including internal and external benchmarks, guidelines, purchasing performance monitoring documents, activity monitoring, and provider lists to be updated.
- Administrative Support and Delivery of Initiatives for Personnel on Procurement
- Publish PR Procurement Internal Communications.
- Maintain status reports on procurement activities and work in progress.
- Animate the event community via the sharing of best practices related to the S&R strategy and other various contents.
- Pursuing a Master's degree focused on procurement, business, marketing, or events.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Data and analytical skills, with Power BI being a plus.
- Gross salary from 1410€ (Bac +4 and gap year) to 1550€ (Bac +5) per month.
