Lefebvre Dalloz is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilot Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for coordinating and drafting responses to public and private tenders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tender Research and Sourcing
    • Monitor public and private tender platforms and databases to identify relevant opportunities
    • Prepare and maintain a database of tender opportunities
    • Develop and implement a tender research strategy to ensure timely and effective identification of opportunities
  • Tender Response Writing
    • Develop and maintain a library of tender response templates and content
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and refine tender responses
    • Write and edit tender responses to ensure accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness
  • Tender Submission and Follow-up
    • Coordinate the submission of tender responses to ensure timely and accurate delivery
    • Track and follow up on tender submissions to ensure successful outcomes
  • Content Development and Maintenance
    • Develop and maintain a library of content related to our business development activities
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and refine content
    • Ensure that all content is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant regulations
  • Analysis and Reporting
    • Monitor and analyze tender response data to identify trends and areas for improvement
    • Develop and maintain reports to track tender response performance
    • Provide insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders to improve tender response effectiveness
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in tender response writing, coordination, or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent writing and editing skills
    • Strong research and analytical skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communications)
