SAP S4 Hana Program Manager

About the Role
At Dabster, we are looking for a skilled SAP S4 Hana Program Manager to lead our clients' business transformation projects. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of SAP S4 Hana implementations, from planning to delivery.

Responsibilities
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver SAP S4 Hana programs
• Develop and implement program delivery frameworks
• Manage program finances, including budgeting and cost control
• Communicate with stakeholders, including C-Level executives
• Ensure program success through effective change management and risk mitigation

Requirements
• Proven experience in leading SAP S4 Hana programs
• Strong knowledge of SAP technology and business processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in mentoring and coaching consulting resources
