Position: Roofer Educator at BTP CFA Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes

BTP CFA Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes is a prominent organization within the CCCA-BTP network, overseeing 11 institutions focused on the education of apprentices in the construction and public works sectors, ranging from CAP to Engineer levels.

With a dedicated workforce of 630 individuals across 9 departments, BTP CFA Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes supports over 8200 apprentices in various trades.

Our mission is to deliver exceptional training experiences, instilling strong values and a deep commitment to the educational practices and expertise we impart.

• Develop instructional materials and course content aligned with the established curriculum
• Design assessment tools and evaluate student competencies
• Facilitate site visits for hands-on evaluations
• Supervise apprentices both in the training facility and at their workplaces
• Engage in educational meetings and collaborative events
• Adhere to internal policies and safety protocols

• Essential Qualification: BP Roofer (Level 4)
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience within the last decade
• Part-time role (50% commitment)

Additional Details:

• Contract Type: Fixed-term
• Compensation: €28,000 to €35,000 annually, inclusive of 12 weeks of paid leave and company health benefits
