We are seeking a Financial Consolidation and Reporting Specialist to become a vital member of our Consolidation & Reporting team at our Paris headquarters. In this role, you will report directly to the Consolidation & Reporting Manager, Chloe Antunez. Your primary objective will be to deliver high-quality financial data in alignment with our accounting standards while improving our closing processes and reporting mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist various countries and geographical regions, along with Cluster Business Services (CBS), in preparing the Magnitude consolidation and reporting packages. Understand the challenges faced by subsidiaries and engage in balance sheet and performance evaluations.
- Evaluate accounting treatments for transactions such as acquisitions or divestitures and integrate these into the Magnitude package.
- Contribute to the quality and efficiency of the closing preparation and reporting process during the legal consolidation periods of June and December. Oversee the reporting packages generated by subsidiaries and CBS, particularly during these months. Produce comprehensive analyses on balance sheet or P&L items, especially concerning the preparation of notes for financial statements and registration documents. Collaborate with external auditors and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing the financial information production process within the Consolidation & Reporting department. Work closely with Corporate Finance teams, geographical regions, and countries.

Candidate Profile:
