Job Title: Storage Solutions Architect

AXA Group Operations is seeking a highly skilled Storage Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our storage infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement storage solutions that meet business requirements and ensure data integrity and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize storage needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Manage and maintain storage infrastructure, including SAN, NAS, and cloud storage solutions.
  • Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.
  • Monitor and analyze storage performance and capacity to ensure optimal utilization and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of storage technologies, including SAN, NAS, and cloud storage solutions.
  • Experience with storage management software and tools, such as NetApp and Nutanix.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex storage issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cloud storage certifications, such as AWS or Azure.
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools, such as Splunk or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and best practices for data protection and compliance.
