Senior Project Strategist

We offer a highly competitive salary that reflects the complexity and scope of this role. Based on industry standards and the requirements outlined below, we estimate a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Closely coordinate with internal business functions and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Meet project goals defined by key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones.
• Evaluate and mitigate all risks generated by the project, including technical, financial, and supply chain risks.

This role requires a strong background in international project management, with at least 8-10 years of experience in API or sterile pharmaceutical business. Key qualifications include:

• Engineer with expertise in project management.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in French a plus.
• Strong team worker with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
