About the Position:
We are seeking a dedicated night caregiver for our client.

The Night Caregiver works collaboratively with nursing staff and, under their guidance, delivers preventive, maintenance, health education, and relational care to ensure the continuity of life, well-being, and autonomy of residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring residents' vital signs, checking medical devices, and relaying information to nursing staff
• Providing comfort and well-being to residents throughout the night through attentive observation
• Assisting residents with daily routines: hygiene, bedtime preparation, bed making, and resident orientation
• Helping to alleviate residents' nighttime anxieties through your reassuring presence
• Ensuring that residents' essential needs are met
• Performing or assisting with personal hygiene and clothing care while maintaining residents' privacy
• Enhancing residents' quality of life and making their stay more pleasant
• Adhering to hygiene protocols during care and maintaining equipment cleanliness
