Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, including team management, attending site meetings, pricing additional work if necessary, resolving outstanding issues, and ensuring safety on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project files and ensure timely completion of projects
• Plan and coordinate material orders, production schedules, and installation schedules
• Oversee material and human resources needs to ensure efficient project execution
• Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and ensure project quality and safety

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and previous experience in a similar role in metal and exterior carpentry construction. You should also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
