Key Responsibilities
Your duties will encompass:
- Weekly importation of bank and PayPal statements into Xero.
- Classification and documentation of weekly transactions for all clients within Xero.
- Execution of bank reconciliations.
- Preparation of a comprehensive packet of supporting documents and reports for the Staff Accountant.
- Streamlining and automating all accounting processes to enhance efficiency.
- Addressing client inquiries or facilitating the resolution of their questions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong grasp of accrual-based accounting principles.
- Familiarity with Xero accounting software.
- Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to guidelines.
- Experience in the online retail sector is advantageous.
