The Role: Commercial Director

As our Commercial Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Bluecoders' growth strategy and ensuring its successful execution. You will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team, fostering strong client relationships, and driving revenue generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve ambitious business objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to account managers, empowering them to deliver exceptional results.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring efficient processes and optimal performance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Analyze sales data and generate insightful reports to track progress and inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial development and management, with at least 5 years in a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
