Your Role: Stock Manager

As a Stock Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular stock counts and verify incoming shipments, updating our database as needed.
• Organize and manage storage spaces efficiently, identifying and resolving any anomalies or discrepancies.
• Monitor product lifecycles, including availability and expiration dates, proactively alerting relevant teams about approaching deadlines.
• Participate in resolving issues related to receiving and preparing shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery.
• Plan and execute inventory audits, accurately inputting data post-audit.
• Assist with packaging management, ensuring proper labeling and secure handling of goods.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and non-conformities, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Validate stock movement procedures within our inventory management systems.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A degree in logistics (Bac to Bac+2) or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in stock management or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical knowledge of logistics principles and best practices.
• Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in WMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
