CCLD, a leader in enhanced recruitment, is collaborating with its client Smart electricity to find their next Agency Manager (H/F) located in Lyon.

Smart electricity is recognized in the industry for its exceptional expertise (SaaS solutions, connected with suppliers and network operators); The diverse range of suppliers offered, including both major and local providers, makes the company a preferred partner for brokers (even the largest) seeking solutions; Their unique attributes: Smart electricity functions as both an energy supplier and producer (notably in photovoltaic energy); The operations are either commissioned by suppliers (with reasonable margins) or through a fixed-price service billed to the client.

In collaboration with the company's manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Launching the Lyon agency as an employee initially, transitioning to a partner role after one year.
  • Building a client portfolio of SMEs and mid-sized enterprises through inbound leads (50%) and proactive outreach (50%).
  • Overseeing active client accounts, with an emphasis on fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Recruiting your initial team of pricing analysts, sales support staff, and sales representatives in line with the agency's expansion.

Your clients expect a high level of service. Therefore, it is essential to thoroughly understand their requirements and address their challenges with a knowledgeable market perspective.

The success of your agency will also hinge on your ability to leverage independent networks, establish collaborations with other brokers, and more.
