Mission

The Quality and Reliability department at CNES/CSG plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and quality of services provided during launch campaigns. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance our processes and contribute to the development of our Quality Management System.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process improvement plans to optimize performance and efficiency
• Lead working groups to simplify and streamline processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new tools and methods
• Define and monitor process performance indicators
• Analyze and suggest improvements to existing procedures and instructions

Requirements

• Generalist engineer with knowledge of continuous improvement and associated tools (LEAN, PDCA, 6 sigma)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and diplomacy skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and motivate others
• Fluency in English and basic knowledge of French
