About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Site Controller to join our team at Kraft Heinz in Seclin, France. As a Site Controller, you will be responsible for owning the finance of our food manufacturing factory, ensuring its financial performance and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the Supply Chain Finance process, operating as an effective Finance Business Partner to ensure compliance with KHC policies.
  • Provide financial information required for decision-making, including budgets, production costs, and control of investments, aligning with Heinz policies.
  • Coordinate and prepare the company budget process.
  • Lead costs planning and control cycles, including actuals and forecasts.
  • Prepare and analyze results on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
  • Drive factory performance by identifying improvement areas that require action from the operations team.
  • Prepare financial information for company investments, including CapEx projects and innovation projects.
  • Manage and execute processes in the SAP ERP system.
  • Establish and implement internal control processes to comply with KHC policies.
  • Supervise and manage financial department staff.
  • Ensure procedures with administrations are carried out in a timely and appropriate manner.

Qualifications and Experiences

Hard Skills

  • Degree in Business Management and Administration, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Master's degree in finance.
  • 3-5 years' experience as a Site Controller or Senior Finance Analyst in FMCG or similar industry.
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP is an advantage.
  • Language knowledge: French and English (sufficient for reporting to the headquarters in the Netherlands).
