Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Android Program Manager to join our team at Ingenico Group. As a key member of the Android program team, you will be responsible for leading the coordination of our Android POS offer. You will work closely with other teams across the organization to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination of the Android POS offer, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or electronic – generalist engineer diploma.
  • At least 5 to 10 years in designing and executing large Program or large Project management (>1Mln € or more than 2000 M.D.) in the field of embedded electronic industry and product development.
  • Knowledge in the field of embedded electronics system development.
  • Business-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (presentations, team meetings etc).
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork.
  • Customer-oriented mindset, competent in managing relationships with 3rd parties and clients.
  • Strong leadership skills - Creating and leading a project/program team.
  • Good proficiency in Business case management, planning and control, financial tracking and risk management, and change Management.
