Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Manager to join our team at our headquarters in Le Havre. As a Claims Manager, you will be responsible for handling dispute files, making declarations to insurers, and overseeing expert evaluations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with experts to evaluate claims and determine liability.
- Communicate with insurance companies to negotiate settlements and monitor reimbursements.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize losses and maximize recoveries.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Law or a related field.
- Proven experience in dispute resolution, insurance claims, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.
