SENIOR ENGINEERING PROJECT MANAGER H/F
In the role of Senior Engineering Project Manager, you will oversee the enhancement and optimization of production capabilities at our facility, executing the strategic plan for the site through a selection of ongoing initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will join a dedicated team focused on industrial initiatives, which includes the integration of cutting-edge technologies at the site. Additionally, your responsibilities will encompass the entire project management lifecycle.
To effectively fulfill these varied tasks, collaboration with multiple stakeholders is essential: plant operations (including warehouse, packing, and maintenance), support functions (safety, quality, finance), development functions (supply chain packaging, innovation), corporate business functions (R&D packaging, marketing, innovation leaders), corporate technical functions (global engineering, global HSE), and external collaborators.
Your pivotal role will involve coordinating and supervising various facets of fragrance production projects, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and adherence to delivery timelines.
Your primary focus will include:
- Planning and coordinating projects related to the introduction of new products, investments to optimize flows and packaging strategies, and achieving enhancements in safety, quality, and productivity.
- Managing risks and overseeing budget allocations (CAPEX) by forecasting expenditures in collaboration with the finance team.
- Communicating project updates within the organization, from operational staff to stakeholders, as well as with external vendors and partners.
- Managing project timelines effectively.
- Implementing engineering standards and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, project management, coaching, and developing operational teams while ensuring project visibility.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You thrive in project management and are dedicated to meeting project success criteria. As a seasoned Engineering Project Manager, you proactively tackle challenges to maintain project momentum and find energy in a dynamic, diverse, and international setting. Additionally, you:
- Hold an engineering degree with over five years of industrial and operational experience, and possess a strong command of English.
- Excel in communication, adept at presenting data to various organizational members, and effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Have a solid background in project management, demonstrating proven experience in project and change management, along with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and rigor.
- Exhibit flexibility, leadership qualities, and adaptability.
