ENGIE, a leading energy company, is embarking on a transformative journey to drive the energy transition and industrialize its operations. As part of this initiative, the GET (Global Enterprise Transformation) program aims to accelerate and standardize the ERP system, ensuring the effectiveness of processes and making ENGIE an integrated industrial company.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CO Expert to reinforce the internal team supporting the core model delivery and coordinating the pilots/rollouts. This role will be N-2 to the GET IT Lead and directly reporting to the core model IT lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bring expertise on SAP FICO with a major focus on FI
  • Help business teams in business requirement definition and ensure coherence with SAP S/4 capabilities
  • Responsible for reviewing integrator delivery and challenging proposed solutions
  • Align with business teams to ensure proposed solutions are aligned with the core model and program guidelines
  • Work with integrator teams and SAP teams to secure design authority presentations for arbitrations
  • Secure testing phases and ensure quality of test delivery by the IT integrator
  • Drive discussions in multi-cultural/global context with multiple stakeholders
Requirements
  • Very good knowledge of the SAP FICO area
  • Understanding of the process of translating business requirements and processes into IT solutions in S/4
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar positions
  • Good references in previous experiences with other customers
  • Fluent English (oral/written)
  • May require national and international mobility
