We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Lead to join our team. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Sales Growth:
- Establish clear sales goals and objectives, and hold store team accountable for achieving them.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build High-Performing Teams:
- Motivate and inspire store team, promoting a shared vision and core values.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences:
- Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention.
