What Will You Do?

As a participant in this unique program, you will embark on an exciting journey where you can significantly impact and collaborate with a team that aspires to innovate.

Your role will involve engaging in innovative projects within a stimulating environment that fosters teamwork, respect, adaptability, and accountability.

You will be part of a close-knit team at a vibrant production facility, taking on responsibilities as a Production Process Engineer or Maintenance Engineer.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring the seamless technical operation of assigned manufacturing sectors.
• Actively contributing to projects aimed at enhancing operational performance to better serve our clientele.

Additionally, you will join a technical project team focused on developing innovative solutions, including processes and installations.

This two-year program will allow you to gain valuable experience through various assignments across international sites, contributing to the continuous improvement of operations in the electrometallurgy sector. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance safety, efficiency, quality, and overall business performance.

Regular international travel will be a part of your role.

What Profile Are We Looking For?

• A recent graduate with a French baccalauréat+5 degree in general engineering, industrial engineering, or process engineering, ready to launch your career.
• A first successful experience in an industrial setting (internship, work-study, or apprenticeship).
• A team player with a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, curious, transparent, proactive, and passionate about finding innovative solutions to technical challenges.
• Fluency in French and English is essential, with Spanish as a plus, and a willingness to work internationally.
