Company Overview
SOLIHA Haute Garonne is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing housing conditions and promoting social inclusion. We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician (M/F) to join our team on a full-time permanent basis (35 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the technical manager and team leader in executing daily upkeep of properties under our management
- Maintain cleanliness and order in shared areas of residential buildings
- Manage the upkeep of outdoor spaces, including lawn care and pruning
- Perform maintenance tasks within apartments and communal areas, covering aspects such as electrical work, plumbing, heating, carpentry, painting, and flooring
- Furnish apartments with necessary furniture items, including beds, tables, and chairs
Qualifications Required
- Completion of a technical program in building maintenance or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Familiarity with basic computer applications (Word, Excel)
Essential Skills
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
- Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to communicate technical issues to the team leader
