- Assessment, management, and resolution of second-level technical issues and requests;
- Ongoing oversight of technical incidents and support inquiries for VIP clientele in luxury retail environments;
- On-site technical assistance in retail locations for various IT systems;
- Installation and upkeep of IT and retail technology in high-end boutiques;
- Regular proactive visits to luxury retail establishments;
- Proposing solutions for identified technical challenges;
- Deployment of technology in luxury retail outlets;
- Management of mobile devices and tablet inventory;
- Updating documentation as necessary;
- Creation and administration of user accounts;
Technical Proficiencies:
- Experience with ticketing systems (ITSM);
- Technical knowledge: Windows, Apple ecosystems, Microsoft applications, familiarity with Cegid, Office software, and more;
Interpersonal Skills:
Proficiency in English is essential as you will be collaborating with international clients in the retail and luxury event sectors. A service-oriented mindset, adaptability, and strong communication abilities are crucial for success in this position.
