Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our team at BALENCIAGA S.A.S. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in planning and managing the retail demand for our product categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and adjust sales forecasts in collaboration with Merchandising to optimize product availability and monitor stock levels.
  • Provide key reporting on sales and stock to main stakeholders, including top-line analysis of stock and forecast for your category.
  • Maintain key planning parameters, such as production leadtime, tool stock, safety stock, and integration of substitutions.
  • Suggest and adjust the needs on existing products to propose reorders based on actual sales and future forecast.
  • Provide alerts on stock shortages and identify overstock risks at the global warehouse.
  • Update and provide reporting, including weekly sales reports and monthly S&OP materials.

Requirements

  • A last year student with ideally a first experience in supply chain, preferably in a fast-growing industry.
  • An organized, rigorous, and autonomous worker with good analytical skills and a strong team spirit.
  • Thorough mastery of Excel and fluency in English and French.
