Role Overview:
This role entails overseeing testing, qualification, and metrology operations while managing a skilled team of technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise testing, qualification, and metrology processes.
- Lead a team of 6 technicians.
- Validate testing and qualification protocols.
- Ensure the reliability of data.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct various testing types.
- Participate in audits.
- Foster team expertise development.
- Attend relevant industry events.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in testing and/or metrology, with proficiency in one or more of the following areas: mechanical, electrical, environmental climate, plastics, or metallurgy.
Skills Required:
- Fluency in professional English.
- Strong team leadership capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Attention to detail and autonomy.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
