We are seeking an Order Fulfillment Consultant to serve as a vital link between our dealers, direct customers, and internal operational teams. This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities that allow you to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing order processing to ensure customer satisfaction and provide necessary support
• Overseeing medium complexity daily business initiatives
• Facilitating communication with the dealership network, direct customers, and internal departments
• Coordinating the complete order life cycle, including production scheduling, delivery planning, and logistics management
• Supporting diverse business models and driving performance improvements
• Contributing to team achievements through various administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or a two-year technical qualification
• Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and a customer-focused approach
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in both French and English
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, planning, and organizational skills
