Your Mission

  • Conduct comprehensive power balance calculations and create detailed diagrams for HVAC installations, utilizing ERGO software for accurate sizing and specifications.
  • Enhance the BIM structure, participate in design meetings, and verify on-site plans to ensure seamless project execution.
  • As a BIM Modeler, you will play a pivotal role in designing and modeling innovative special technical systems, integrating the latest modeling and simulation technologies to deliver optimal solutions for clients.
  • Create high-quality BIM models and plans for HVAC installations, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Sprinkler system designs is considered a valuable asset.

Your Profile

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in HVAC engineering with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in computer tools: REVIT, AUTOCAD MEP, LINEAR, ERGO, and OFFICE.
  • Join a dynamic technical team, contributing to the creation of BIM models for diverse projects.
  • Demonstrate initiative, teamwork skills, organization, and ambition.
  • Exhibit good integration, communication skills, and interpersonal ease.
  • Fluent in French, both spoken and written.
  • Hold a valid Category B driver's license.

Your Additional Strengths

  • Good understanding of the Luxembourg context.
  • Proficiency in other languages such as German, Luxembourgish, or English is considered a plus.
