Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed sales targets in the region, with a focus on product technical support and equipment demonstrations.
- Provide expert technical knowledge and support to agents and surgeons, ensuring seamless product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and execute sales strategies, forecasts, and business plans.
- Deliver high-quality training and support to customers, including product handling and use, as well as market and competitor insights.
- Ensure timely and effective after-sales support, including breakdown diagnosis and repair.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, monitoring their satisfaction and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- 3+ years of experience in a biomedical engineering or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Health Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent technical knowledge of Zimmer Biomet's products and a strong understanding of the medical field.
- Proficiency in office software packages and medical terminology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and adapt to changing situations.
