About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global CRM Campaign Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing global CRM campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global CRM campaigns that align with our brand strategy and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign execution and maximize impact
- Manage and optimize campaign performance using data and analytics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and marketing
- Provide expert guidance and support to regional teams on CRM strategy and execution
Requirements:
- 5-6 years of experience in CRM, marketing initiatives, loyalty, or related fields in an omnichannel Direct-to-consumer environment
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM campaigns
- Experience working with global CRM platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong project management skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
