Within our Systems Networks, Cybersecurity, and Digital Law Department, we are seeking two highly motivated Postdoctoral Researchers to contribute to the groundbreaking field of Immersive Interfaces for Cybersecurity.
This project leverages the transformative power of virtual reality (VR) to revolutionize how we perceive, analyze, and mitigate cyber threats. By immersing cybersecurity professionals in interactive 3D environments, we aim to enhance situational awareness, facilitate complex data analysis, and streamline risk assessment.
Your Role:
- Conduct cutting-edge research on immersive data visualization, threat modeling, and collaborative security operations within VR.
- Develop innovative applications and prototypes that leverage VR for cybersecurity training and incident response.
- Collaborate closely with industrial partners such as Airbus, BNP Paribas, EDF, and SNCF to implement real-world solutions.
- Contribute to the management of the European Horizon Europe CyberSecDome project.
- Mentor students and share your expertise within a dynamic research team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
You possess a strong academic background with a Doctorate in Virtual Reality, 3D Modeling, or a related field. Your expertise extends to cybersecurity principles, machine learning, data science, and computer graphics. A passion for innovation and a collaborative spirit are essential qualities for success in this role.
