About the Role
We are seeking a Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and designing products, ensuring project success, and respecting Agile methodologies.
Your Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a 'Product Backlog' for each product in your portfolio.
- Create and maintain a general 'Backlog' defining the priority of features for all products under your charge.
- Identify expected features and select those that bring the most benefits to users.
- Define and plan product releases.
- Describe each selected feature as a User Story and associate necessary acceptance criteria.
- Communicate prioritized stories to your team, accept or reject implemented stories.
- Act as an interface between teams.

Required Profile
We are looking for:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the insurance or mutual sector or the banking sector is ideal.
- A desire to progress and evolve within a human-sized company on an expertise or management responsibilities.

Interview Process
