About the Job
INATIS is seeking a Prevention Specialist HSE to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of prevention of risks on construction sites and in operation, mobilizing stakeholders and deploying prevention tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and prevent risks: Conduct risk analysis in advance to better organize prevention, perform regular site visits, establish reports after site visits, and provide recommendations and advice on safety.
- Communication and coordination: Ensure smooth communication with various stakeholders (employees, safety managers, project coordinators, etc.), centralize information to facilitate prevention efforts for our clients, and work closely with project teams and SPS coordinators.
- Training and awareness: Train and raise awareness among operational staff and their supervisors on prevention topics, deploy prevention tools adapted to site and project needs.
- Surveillance and vigilance: Monitor deviations and dysfunctions related to established rules (PGC, PPSPS, Prevention Plan, Fire Permits, etc.), propose continuous improvements in risk prevention.
- Reporting: Systematically produce reports, simple and practical, to feed the management system or the action plan of companies, ensure follow-up and update of safety and prevention documents.
