About Us

We are a leading organization specializing in European funds management, dedicated to supporting projects within the FEADER program. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage projects and activities aligned with the FEADER program guidelines.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to GALs in preparation for programming committees, ensuring smooth operations and efficient decision-making.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication channels between project partners, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Continuously strive to optimize administrative procedures, enhancing efficiency and streamlining workflows within the organization.
  • Represent our organization in meetings with stakeholders, effectively conveying project updates and engaging in constructive discussions.
  • Conduct thorough legal and regulatory research related to FEADER program requirements, ensuring compliance and adherence to established guidelines.

Requirements

  • Possess a recognized qualification as an Engineer or Administrative Officer.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing IT tools and possess a strong understanding of European programs, particularly the FEADER initiative.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills, ensuring clear and concise information exchange and efficient task management.
  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment, contributing effectively to shared goals and fostering positive working relationships.
  • Display strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail and demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
