Our objective is to consolidate these alerts into a unified platform, enabling us to filter and prioritize the most critical alerts for immediate escalation into incidents.
The primary aim of the inbox team is to streamline the organization of these alerts and facilitate the workflow of filtering, prioritizing, and addressing them.
As a Frontend-focused Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in establishing a dynamic product team.
Being the inaugural frontend engineer on the team, you will be responsible for developing and scaling new features for our product.
Join us in creating the next generation of high-scale, data-driven features for our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging, user-friendly interfaces; contribute to their design and develop them using React.
- Collaborate within a fast-paced team to launch a brand new product from inception to completion.
- Work across the entire stack to deliver new features from start to finish.
- Develop clean, efficient APIs to support data visualizations.
- Enhance performance and address scalability challenges.
- Take ownership of significant components of the inbox product, make an impact, and grow alongside the company.
- Collaborate with other frontend engineers throughout the organization and the wider Datadog frontend community.
Who You Are:
- You possess substantial experience in one or more programming languages.
- You prioritize code simplicity, performance, and attention to detail.
- You have a solid background in designing and developing user interfaces over several years.
- You are knowledgeable about data structures and algorithms, as well as profiling and optimization techniques.
You aspire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that values diverse talent, product excellence, and exciting engineering challenges at scale.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in helping to establish new teams.
- Familiarity with large applications utilizing Typescript, React, Angular, or Redux.
