**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Conducteur de silo en alternance F/H to join our team in Soufflet Agriculture. As a Conducteur de silo, you will be responsible for piloting a site (silo or depot) and providing a service of proximity to our clients in the collection of cereals and distribution of supplies.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Participate in the collection of cereals;
• Conduct the silo, ensure the conservation of cereals, and dispatch to our industrial clients;
• Distribute agro-inputs to our agricultural clientele (fertilizers, seeds, plant protection products, animal nutrition);
• Provide a service of proximity and guarantee the quality of customer reception (reception, order preparation, distribution, quality control, traceability);
• Ensure the site's compliance with storage and maintenance standards;
• Assist sales teams on certain commercial actions;

**Requirements**

• First experience in the agricultural sector;
• Conscious of the sector's ambitions;
• Objective of embracing a new career path through an apprenticeship;
• Nature of being autonomous, involved, and developing a real professional relationship with agricultural clients on your assigned site;

**Working Conditions**

The activity in the silo involves essential work outdoors in all seasons and at heights. It includes site maintenance, handling, driving of equipment (Manitou), and adapted working hours to agricultural culture (holidays, night shifts, weekends) for certain seasons (summer and autumn harvests).

**Equipment Requirements**

The wearing of Individual Protective Equipment (EPI) is required.
