About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Europcar Mobility Group. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet their goals, timeline, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, defining project objectives, scope, deliverables, and milestones.
- Coordinate team members, resources, and tasks, while mitigating risks and resolving issues to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial resources are effectively utilized.
- Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards, establishing quality control processes and conducting quality reviews.
- Facilitate effective communication between project team members, stakeholders, and executives, preparing regular project status reports and conducting meetings.
- Manage project documentation, creating and maintaining project plans, requirements documents, meeting minutes, and project artifacts.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and resources, documenting change requests, assessing their impact, and coordinating necessary actions.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of proven experience in project management, with a significant and proven experience of transversal orchestration/PMO in a product/agile at scale organization.
- Good knowledge of product and project methodologies, with expertise in delivering projects and getting things done on time and within budget.
- Strong experience in IT, with the ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to change.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and create a true team spirit.
- Fluency in French and English, with Spanish as a plus.
