Our client is a family-owned business based in Besançon, operating in the Bourgogne Franche-Comté region. With a strong internal organization based on its various operational services, including direction, commercial, studies, and works, as well as support services, our client is a recognized and referenced player in the construction and civil engineering sectors. As a leading player in public works, the company is seeking a Site Manager.
You are responsible for coordinating and supervising construction operations in the public works sector. Your main tasks include:
- Planning and organizing construction work on sites;
- Managing construction teams and subcontractors;
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards;
- Collaborating closely with Business Development Managers and Project Managers to ensure the successful execution of projects;
- Ensuring site safety and enforcing safety regulations.
You have experience in public works, although not necessarily as a Site Manager. By Site Manager, we mean a person who works with their team on the ground.
