We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Information Specialist to join our team at ProductLife Group.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sciences and excellent communication skills. The role involves responding to requests for information, detecting cases of vigilance, and maintaining IT sub-units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to requests for information from health professionals and clients
- Detect cases of vigilance and transfer them to the second line or document them
- Record cases to be handled on paper and/or computer
- Restore managed calls in the ad hoc tool
- Under the supervision of a medical information pharmacist, draft written responses to health professionals
- Carry out quality control of telephone call reports
- Receive, file, and acknowledge receipt of documents sent by client laboratories
- Maintain IT sub-units up to date
- Participate in telephone permanence and drafting of procedures
We are looking for a candidate with a diploma in sciences, excellent language skills, and proficiency in Excel and Word.
Requirements:
- Diploma in sciences (license, master 1 or 2)
- Fluency in French and another European language
- Excel and Word skills
