About the Role

You will be part of the Human Resources team of the Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) division, within the Social Relations and Legal Affairs expertise centre of Natixis Investment Managers (NIM) of Global Financial Services.

As a Social Law Lawyer, you will be responsible for the management of individual and collective labour law relations on behalf of several legal entities, mainly in France and occasionally internationally.

You will provide advice and expertise on individual and collective aspects to the HR teams (HRD/ RRH) and, where applicable, to the business managers in your scope.

You will also be responsible for organizing, preparing and participating in meetings of the various staff bodies in your area, monitoring expertise, participating in the negotiation strategy, drafting agreements, organizing professional elections and monitoring collective indicators (social assessment, BDESE, etc.).

As a true business partner, you will provide adapted solutions in a complex environment and contribute to maintaining a good social dialogue.

You will work in an international environment, in a community of experts that puts excellence, impact and collective action at the heart of everything it does.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and expertise on individual and collective labour law relations
  • Manage individual and collective labour law relations on behalf of several legal entities
  • Organize, prepare and participate in meetings of the various staff bodies
  • Monitor expertise, participate in the negotiation strategy and draft agreements
  • Organize professional elections and monitor collective indicators

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in similar positions
  • Familiarity with social law, employee representative bodies and standard office tools
  • Excellent relationship, listening ability, analytical and writing skills, team spirit and mastery of English with a B2 level
