Technical Support Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Process Engineer to join our team at Saint-Gobain. As a key member of our Technical Insulation Department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our Stone Wool plants and Glass Wool plants for fumes treatments.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the plants in terms of melting process, including analysis of process effectiveness and performance, proposing improvement solutions, and assisting with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Industrialization lead/support of new processes and technical solutions.
- Provide technical analysis, calculations, and simulations related to the dedicated part of the process.
- Support strategic projects in the area of competence.
- Engineering schools degree or Master of Science.
- Previous experience with process and operational subjects in industrial locations.
- Industrial experience in heavy process industries: glass, chemistry, metallurgy, etc.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork in an international and multicultural context.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
- Structured and methodological approach.
- Ability to express oneself in a synthetic way in the format of reports and recommendations.
- Autonomy and self-driven attitude.
- Capability to work in a matrix organization as a team leader or as a member of a team.
- Ability to learn new things quickly.
- TEC behavior (trust, empowerment, collaborative).
