We are currently offering an apprenticeship opportunity for a Quality Assistant. This role will provide you with hands-on experience under the mentorship of a seasoned professional, allowing you to contribute to a proactive team. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the quality manager on-site:
  • Conducting product sampling and inspections (including microbiological assessments)
  • Maintaining quality documentation and performing administrative duties
  • Engaging in client audits
  • Developing and tracking quality metrics for the facility
• Fostering quality management practices:
  • Encouraging a quality-centric culture within the workplace
  • Educating and raising awareness among staff
• Organizing documentation for the facility and validating processes

We are looking for individuals with a Bac+2 degree who are eager to specialize in Quality within the agri-food sector through this apprenticeship. Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills, thrive in collaborative environments, and demonstrate diligence, organization, and adaptability.
