We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Financials Lead Support Specialist to join our team at Valtech. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for our Oracle Cloud Financials solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Cross-Functional Issue Resolution: Collaborate with the Oracle Project Team and Internal Control Team to deliver high-quality service to our business users.
  • Organize Support Meetings: Schedule meetings with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely resolution of support issues and escalations.
  • Provide Support for High-Priority Tickets: Analyze and resolve tickets of higher priority from start to finish.
  • Work with Business Analysts: Collaborate with the Business Analyst Team and stakeholders to understand current applications, ensure support activities meet SLAs, identify inefficiencies, and opportunities for support and service improvements.
  • Assist with Data Migration and Hypercare: Support data migration and Hypercare (post-go-live support) activities.
  • Lead Quarterly Oracle Non-Regression Testing: Oversee quarterly Oracle Non-Regression Testing for new release upgrades.
Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Experience: Lead Oracle ERP Production Support in an international environment, preferably in a Shared Service Center.
  • Expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud Modules: Strong experience in production support modalities, including ticket triage, day-to-day activity monitoring, ticket priorities, assignment, and resolution.
  • Knowledge of SLAs and Metrics: Understand SLAs, metrics, stakeholder management, global practices, and strong English communication skills.
  • Customer Service Mindset: Develop rapport and credibility with users of various roles and seniority.
