Commercial Account Administrator

Westman Communications Group is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Commercial Account Administrator. As a key member of our Business team, you will be responsible for administering the day-to-day operations for commercial clients, ensuring their accounts are maintained, updated, and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer commercial client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of account information.
  • Coordinate corporate installation processes, including site surveys, serviceability checks, and scheduling of technicians.
  • Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and issues, providing prompt and efficient communication.
  • Support Account Executives with various administrative tasks.
  • Prioritize and coordinate daily tasks, ensuring timely completion of assigned duties.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 education or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in sales or customer service.
  • Experience with Salesforce, CSG, and/or QuickBase is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Ability to learn the details and benefits of Westman's Business Products & Services.
