· Garant de la précision et de la fiabilité des données financières pour une société d'investissement régulée, ainsi que pour deux entités basées à l'étranger, incluant la préparation des états financiers selon les normes locales et internationales.

· Chargé des obligations fiscales, des transactions financières spécifiques et des rapports réglementaires.

· Gestion de la comptabilité pour ces trois entités, incluant la saisie des informations comptables, sociales et fiscales.

· Réalisation d'analyses financières et justification des comptes, ainsi que le calcul de divers ratios.

· Supervision des opérations de rapprochement bancaire.

· Évaluation et comptabilisation des écritures d'inventaire, y compris la valorisation des actifs et des instruments financiers.

· Intégration des données de paie, vérification et comptabilisation des éléments de rémunération variable.

· Suivi des opérations financières spécifiques, telles que les augmentations de capital et les investissements.

· Calcul du résultat fiscal, gestion des impôts différés et préparation des déclarations fiscales.

· Élaboration des états financiers, des rapports de gestion et des consolidations.

· Contrôle et analyse des informations financières produites.

· Veille au respect des normes réglementaires et production des documents nécessaires pour les autorités compétentes.

· Amélioration continue des procédures de contrôle interne des données financières.

Qualifications requises :

· Diplôme de niveau Bac+5 (IAE/école de commerce/DSCG).

Expérience :

· Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle comptable similaire.

Compétences techniques :

· Excellente maîtrise des normes comptables locales et connaissance des normes internationales.

· Connaissance approfondie des obligations fiscales et sociales.

· Compétences avancées en Excel et familiarité avec les systèmes comptables et de consolidation.

· Maîtrise de l'anglais.

Compétences personnelles :

· Rigueur, réactivité et capacité à respecter les délais.

· Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à travailler sous pression.

· Proactivité et capacité à proposer des améliorations.
