We are currently seeking an apprentice to support our Employee Experience & Inclusion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Your Role & Tasks
We are on the lookout for an apprentice in International HR Project Management to enhance our employee experience initiatives and provide exceptional HR services.
You will report directly to the Talent Development Director, gaining a unique opportunity to explore and master various core HR processes while contributing to projects such as:
- Assisting in the entire process of our employee engagement survey: preparation, execution, and analysis of results.
- Developing and maintaining Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) metrics and ensuring their integration into all HR processes across the organization.
- Collaborating on various upcoming HR projects alongside HR professionals and managers globally.
Your Profile
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in English.
- A demonstrated sense of curiosity.
- Strong analytical skills (Basic Excel knowledge is advantageous).
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Self-sufficiency.
- A collaborative spirit.
- A mindset geared towards volunteering.
- Enrollment in a Master’s program or equivalent.
