Senior Analog Design Architect Engineer

As a Senior Analog Design Architect Engineer, you will take the lead in developing design architectures for System on Chip (SoC) or integrated circuit (IC) modules, such as Analog Front End. Your role will involve translating specifications into effective design architectures. With your extensive background in analog design, you will be equipped to propose optimal architectures that balance area, power consumption, and performance. Collaboration with system and digital architects will be essential to define a highly efficient mixed-signal IC architecture. You will ensure that the architecture specifications are thoroughly understood by the design team, paving the way for successful design implementation. Additionally, you will provide mentorship to the design team throughout the implementation process, fostering a strong collaborative environment within the design group and across other technical teams at Capijobnew.
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in integrated circuit development.
- In-depth expertise in analog design or mixed-signal IC, with a focus on ESD and EMC robustness.
- Demonstrated experience with ICs in areas such as power management, physical layers, and signal processing theory and implementation, including data conversion and switched capacitor design.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and excellent communication skills to navigate a global environment with multiple partners.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Familiarity with Cadence IC tools and modeling tools such as Matlab or System C.
- Experience in managing traceability requirements throughout the V-cycle using tools like DOORS NG or equivalents.
