Job Title: Maintenance Agent

This role is essential for ensuring the cleanliness and operational efficiency of various facilities, including educational institutions. The Maintenance Agent will also engage in food service and storage management, along with occasional front desk responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing cleaning tasks in administrative, technical, and specialized environments
- Ensuring restrooms are sanitized and well-maintained
- Cleaning surfaces such as boards, windows, and furniture
- Emptying and cleaning waste receptacles
- Sorting and disposing of general waste appropriately
- Maintaining outdoor areas, including gardens and playgrounds
- Identifying and reporting any irregularities or equipment malfunctions
- Organizing and maintaining commonly used tools and equipment
- Utilizing cleaning products safely and effectively
- Monitoring inventory levels of supplies and materials
- Assisting in food service operations
- Supporting dishwashing and upkeep of dining areas and equipment
- Welcoming and providing assistance to visitors
- Participating in site security measures
- Maintaining personal work attire and uniforms
Candidate Profile:
- Open to Technical Assistants in Educational Facilities
- Familiarity with pest control and local flora
- Ability to adapt to changing environments
- Commitment to adhering to professional standards of safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
- Mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment
- Basic technical skills in maintenance or restoration are beneficial
- Capability to interpret maintenance guidelines, safety protocols, and identify potential hazards
- Ability to apply correct lifting techniques
- Efficiently manage and respond to information requests
- Follow procedures for communication and information exchange
- Collaborate effectively within a team
- Adhere to scheduled tasks and responsibilities
