Job Opportunity

Join Sidel as a Field Service Engineer Automation and contribute to the development and start-up of automation systems for production lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the proper handling, checking, and transfer of equipment non-conformities.
  • Submit regular working time and technical reports on carried-out activities.
  • Guarantee ultimate internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Perform activities in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Sidel coordination plan rules, and customer rules.
  • Report after-sales opportunities detected on customer sites.
  • Coach junior colleagues on on-site behavior, technical activities, troubleshooting, and reporting deliverables.
  • Report to the ISM for team site activities.

Requirements

  • Formation in mechanical.
  • Electrical drawings knowledge and understanding.
  • Electrical and automation training certification.
  • Driving license.
  • Good command of English.
  • Availability to work worldwide.
  • Mechanical knowledge (mechatronic).
  • Experience in installation and start-up.
  • Languages: French, other is a plus.
