Data Architect Lead

As a Data Architect at Schneider Electric, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our product's data infrastructure. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and efficient data solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models that support business requirements and enable efficient data retrieval.
- Design data structures and relationships that align with business strategies and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate data sources and maintain data consistency.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into effective data solutions.
- Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Architect or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of database management systems and data modeling techniques.
- Understanding of agile methods and processes, and the capability of supporting agile project teams.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in data management.
